Measuring weight, thickness, and hardness of mini-tabs poses various challenges for automated test execution. The AT50 tablet testing system has been designed to reliably process anything from effervescent tablets to small mini-tabs with highest precision.
Breaking forces or hardness below 10N pose no problems using the innovative "sensitivity mode". Thickness measuring with integrated TouchControlTM sensor prevents compression of samples for maximum repeatability & accuracy.
Without the need to exchange any mechanical parts, the AT50 features a unique, self-adjusting high-speed feeder that can reliably separate even smallest objects such as mini-tabs for subsequent weight, thickness and hardness measurements.
