Memmert HPP Constant Temperature Chambers

Are you looking for an appliance to control temperature and humidity for environment simulation and long-term material tests?

The Memmert HPP constant temperature chambers are specifically designed for accelerated stability testing across a range of applications including food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, packaging and medical research.

Memmert HPP chambers are renowned for their reliable Peltier technology and long-term stability. As the first manufacturer of temperature control appliances, 65 years of refinement and experience has gone into the design of the current range. Memmert HPP chambers are quiet, space-saving, environmentally friendly and cost-efficient to operate. In fact, their impressive design has been shown to reduce operating costs by up to 90% when compared with compressor technology.

Memmert HPP chambers are available in 3 sizes – 108 l, 256 l and 749 l. The temperature and humidity controls have been designed with high precision and stability in mind. The temperature can be set from 5 to 70oC and the humidity can be rapidly increased or decreased from 10 to 90% rh.

The innovative Peltier technology means that no gases or coolants are required, so no hazardous wastes are generated. HPP chambers are hermetically sealed to prevent contamination due to the exchange of interior and exterior air. Double doors are standard; the outer door is insulated to avoid temperature fluctuations and the inner glass door allows you to view the interior without opening it. The interior surfaces are made from high-grade stainless steel, so they are hygienic, easy to clean and corrosion resistant.

Memmert HPP constant temperature chambers have a range other great features, including:

  • A parallel printer interface for printouts of thermostating processes
  • A USB interface for programming and storage, with an optional Ethernet interface
  • Internal ring memory for seamless long-term documentations that cannot be manipulated
  • Quick-release connector for water supply
  • Integrated self-diagnosis system and a calibration facility for temperature and humidity directly on the controller
  • Acoustic and optical alarm signal in case of temperature and humidity being out of limit or if the water container is empty
  • Optional chamber-linked personal User ID card
